I'm a new customer as of today. I was told my merchandise would be delivered between 3-5 today.
I'm still sitting here well into the third hour waiting for them to deliver. The driver just called as I'm typing this (6:30) to say that he's on his way which means he will be here at approximately 7pm (4hours waiting) I'm not happy at all since I've had to cancel plans for this. I already know I'm not going to like this company. My time is as important as yours.
I cancelled a delivery from another reputable company and this is what I get.
I thinking of refusing the delivery when it arrives. This is terrible.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of other product. Homesmart needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
